All AWOW warranties are automatically kept track of in our system, so there is no need to register your product. This page is for you to reach out to us when you have issues with your product or to quickly help resolve any other issue you’re experiencing. We apologize in advance for whatever inconvenience your AWOW purchase may have caused.
Please note this page is for purchases made through this website or the AWOW or OAK store on sites such as Amazon. For purchases made through AWOW authorized resellers, please contact them directly.
All products purchased from AWOW come with a hassle-free warranty.If your product turns out to have a defect during its warranty period, please contact us via the feedback form below or send us an email to email@example.com and we will make things right within 24 hours.

Limited One-Year Warranty
For AWOW to honor this limited warranty, you must present a valid proof of purchase. This warranty is void if the company deems, in its discretion, that the product may have been damaged through modification, improper use, end user negligence, water damage, or barcode tampering. Damages or lost data due to incorrect or invalid operating system installations is not covered under this warranty. This warranty is limited to the repair/replacement of the product(s) and is subject to the conditions set forth herein. AWOW is not liable for consequential, indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages and company’s total liability hereunder shall not exceed an amount greater than the retail purchase price of the product. Subject to the applicable provisions set forth on this page, with regards to this limited warranty, you are responsible for all costs in connection with the shipping and handling of the products to AWOW. AWOW holds no risk of loss of the product in connection with the transportation and shipment of the product in any way relating to this limited warranty.
Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
AWOW certifies you as the original retail purchaser of the product. If the product has any defects, under normal conditions, such defects will be repaired or replaced with a new or refurbished product under AWOW’s discretion, without charge, if submitted to AWOW within 365 days from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects and the product must be returned to AWOW in its original condition, including all accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Refurbished Manufacturer’s Warranty
Factory refurbished units are covered by a 90-day manufacturer defect warranty. AWOW certifies you as the original retail purchaser of the product, if the product has any defects, under normal conditions, such defects will be repaired or replaced with new or reconditioned product under AWOW’s discretion, without charge, if submitted to AWOW within 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty only covers manufacturer defects and the product must be returned to AWOW in its original condition, including all accessories. Proof of purchase is required.
Changing the OS
AWOW certifies you as the original retail purchaser of the product. If the product was modified with another operating system, AWOW is not responsible for damages or lost data due to incorrect or invalid installations. You may purchase another operating system, but our technical support and warranty are limited to the original operating system that came with the product. Attempting to load another OS may render the system inoperable, void the warranty, and erase the embedded product key included with the device. All devices that are serviced but missing the recovery partition due to disk modification, such as partition removal or disk wipe, will be subject to re-imaging fee ($15 USD). Devices with removed or modified product keys will be subject to the same fee.
To avoid misplacement of your package(s), please contact AWOW with your order information and return request before shipping your unit(s). Your return authorization request must include your complete order number(s), name and/or company name, telephone number, product information and return details. AWOW will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and it must be clearly marked on the outside of each package. The products must be packed in their original shipping containers or otherwise packed adequately to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for all risk of damages or loss of merchandise in transit to AWOW. AWOW reserves the right to reject any merchandise that is not received, packaged and/or marked as instructed herein. You must pay any shipping charges if it is necessary to ship the product for service. However, if the necessary repairs are covered by the warranty, we will pay the return shipping charges to any destination within the local country. Whenever warranty service is required, you must present a copy of the original dated sales receipt as proof of warranty coverage. All return authorizations are valid for 14 days after approval.
Products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. For any open packages, there will be a restocking fee of up to 15%. To receive a refund, you must send everything included with the original packaging. Any missing item will be deducted from the refund.
Orders shipped outside of the China may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, and customs clearance charges associated with your purchase, as required by your country for imported consumer goods. AWOW does not accept direct payment nor can provide you with an estimated cost as customs policies vary widely depending on your location. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If customs fee and charges are unfilled at the time of delivery, your order will be withheld and possibly returned to sender deeming it canceled. Customs clearance procedures may be required and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Countries/regions that require an identification number including Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.
